HP Instant Ink
I subscribed to HP Instant Ink in September 2021. Initially, I received two correct deliveries on September 23, 2021, and October 9, 2021. However, my experience deteriorated afterward. I did not receive any further cartridges, despite continuous attempts to contact them via chat and phone. In the meantime, I resorted to purchasing ink cartridges from Amazon.

To my dismay, I discovered that HP Instant Ink had been deducting money from my credit card (linked via PayPal for auto payment) since 2021. With no email communication available, I repeatedly called them for assistance.

On February 14, 2023, they finally sent a third shipment, but it contained a different, larger model cartridge that doesn't fit my printer. I once again reached out via phone and chat, explaining the issue and requesting the correct model that was initially shipped (on September 23, 2021, and October 9, 2021).

Regrettably, on September 25, 2023, they sent the wrong model cartridge again. To date, from September 2021 to September 2023, they have charged me $300+.  However, I have received only two cartridges of the correct model and two cartridges of the wrong model (recently received).

I believe that under the name of HP Instant Ink, they are engaging in fraudulent activities and taking advantage of customers like me. If we don't diligently monitor deductions and printer usage, we risk being cheated out of our money through automatic payments.

I am extremely frustrated with their actions. How can I escalate this issue and obtain a refund for the money I feel I have been unfairly charged?
