Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought Q2613x cartridge. It arrived without a HP-paper  box. But I was reassured that it would be an original HP-Cartridge. But the printing quality is very bad and fade. On the supplies status page I get the ATTENTION: 10100 supplies memory missing.

Would this occur with original HP-parts?

Genuine HP ink cartridges will not show such errors.
