I am trying to contact HP Support regarding a faulty ink cartridge. It is HP 63 ink for my HP OfficeJet 3830. The error message on the screen says “at least one of the cartridges has a problem.” It is the black cartridge. There is nothing wrong with my printer, because it works with the other HP 63 cartridges I tried.
How do I contact HP support about getting it replaced? I am really struggling with the “online support.” It is not getting me anywhere and I don’t know how to contact a representative.
