How to send the cartridges back when a bag isn't available due to address change.

I canceled the instant ink account today October 20th and discovered I need to send the cartridge back (even though they've been long not properly functioning) in order to allow the account to be closed. Moreover I need to pay another fee on Nov 20th before the account could be canceled. I haven't the bag to send the cartridges back. So please send me a bag to the current registered address or give me the address where to send the cartridges to at my own cost.

Lots of dead links on at lest the German version of the website. However, once I filed the instant ink cancellation request, I could eventually find a spot on the account dashboard which confirmed the cancellation request had been filed. The same section informed about the following steps. There I could find an active link that brought me to the request in order have the return bag (for the instant ink cartridges) sent to me.
