Product: HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I want to use non HP ink cartridges in my HP Envy 6000 printer.  It is currently locked into the automatic firmware updates mode.  I want to de-select the automatic update mode and be allowed to use non HP ink cartridges.  Can someone tell me how to do that, please?

The printers in this series require that you use ink cartridges that include an embedded HP Chip.

 

Ask your Not-HP ink supplier whether their cartridges include the HP chip.
