I bought the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3835 in Europe. I sent it back to Vietnam and after the ink came out, I bought the hp 680 cartridge instead of the hp 652 cartridge, because there are no 652 ink cartridges in vietnam. But when installing it inkjet printer is not compatible. How do I use the hp 680 cartridge? Because the hp 680 cartridge is compatible with the HP 3835. Please help me how to use 680 hp cartridge. Thank you.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting an incompatible ink cartridge error when you bought the cartridges from a different region.
You will have to do regionalization reset on the printer to use cartridge from a different region.
I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.

I bought HP inkjet all in printer 3835 in Saudi Arabia. Cartridge for this model is 652. Iam shifting to India by next week. But in India model 652 is not available , and for 3835 printer compatable cartridge is 680.
I did some research on internet, I came to know that HP cartridges are regional based, different models for different regions. We need to unlock them before we use the cartridge model available in the new region. How to solve this problem.
Help me regarding the above issue.
