My hp deskjet plus 4120 won't recognise the tricolor cartridge. It showa E0! error. When I connect the printer using hp smart it shows cartridge problem on the color cartridge. Please help me resolve this I do a small business and am stuck

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges? 

 

Update the firmware

 

Also, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
