I am trying to refill the toner on my Never stop Laser with a 103A cartridge. The cartridge will not turn 180 degrees.
When the cartridge is inserted into the Reload Port, the Reload Status Light flashes orange, and the Toner Level Indicator shows that there is only a little toner left. Note that there is no +1 or +2 on the indicator.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Fireprevention1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you’re having trouble with the ink cartridge in your printer, especially when trying to move it to a certain angle. That sounds frustrating, but let’s try a few steps to get it working smoothly.
Do you happen to have any old or spare cartridges that you can test in the printer? Swapping them out can help us determine if the issue is with the cartridge itself or something inside the printer.
Please give it a try and let me know what happens—I’m happy to assist further! 😊
I hope this helps try and keep me posted
Take care and have a good day.
