Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this printer about a month ago was fine now it says cartridges are empty keeps printing test pages wasting all my ink. I reset i sunno how many times did diagnostics and still wont print. Help please if not can soneone tell me how to get ahold of hp so i can get a new printer while its under warranty

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
