I don't know what else to do at this point but this is not working.

Here's what I did https://www.screencast.com/t/Kk4pvpmx

Check the link there's a video where I am inserting all of the codes per box and then when I hit ok I get sorry encountered an error

Keep the serial number to the first 10 digits itself.

Let me know if this helps.

That part for the serial number cannot be edited it is locked by the system

HP Recommended

I can't edit that part for the serial number box the only ones that I can edit are the boxes from 41-onwards. Any other thing to do?

Also why is it that I cannot get any messages / inbox from other people trying to help on this. I think there's a guy here named Shlomil trying to send me some codes through private message but I cannot access that anymore.

It would be the same codes. If you're unable to reset it, it could be a hardware issue.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this.

What sort of hardware issue? if this is hardware issue how can I get it to work with the new inks? You need to be more specific in this. Like I said I don't have any access to the old cartridges.
