Product: HPDESKJET ink Advantage

I have uploaded the latest software to my printer. My product name is HPDESKJET ink Advantage 3830 series.  Please let me know what should I do to access the color printing image.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
