I recently purchased a second printer for my office location. I believe I mixed up the ink cartridges and now have my office ones at home. However, I seem to only have the office ones and have run out of the ones for my home printer. I have logged into my HP account to see if more are on the way for my home printer, but I am not seeing that information. I also cannot find which cartridge should go in my home printer. I have chatted with HP support but they kept sending me to a page to look up the correct cartridge. Problem is, my printer is not listed on that site. I am not sure what to do next as my warranty is expired and I can't speak to a person. I am completely out of black ink and can't figure out when the next shipment is coming. Any ideas on what I should do?

I am pretty sure I'm not following all that you are trying to describe.
If you have an Instant Ink subscription on the printer for which you need cartridges, then - yes - you need / should be getting cartridges for this printer from Instant Ink. In the same vein, if you need ink for a subscribed printer and you do not have - or have not received ink for that printer - (then) try contacting Instant Ink Support. You should be able to do so (when Support is open for business) from within your Instant Ink Account. Additional Instant Ink Contact information is included later in this message.
OR
If the question is unrelated to which ever printer is subscribed to Instant Ink -
That is, you have another / second / additional printer that is not subscribed to Instant Ink,
If your question is simply which ink cartridges you need for the printer,
