I can't get my printer to complete the alignment scan process. It won't let me scan to system to make the final step finish.

I get an error when I try to scan the test sheet saying something like color set to default. I know there is something wrong with the black print head but I can't remove the head. This problem started when I purchased a new PC with windows 11.

I can't find my install disk. I was going to reset the system and start over. I have tried to align printheads and or get them to clean. I can't scan the alignment sheet to my PC. I got an error that said something about color was in default mode and would complete the final step. 

Now what should I do?
