I am running Win10 using a HP2620 Office Jet and I can not print the page numbers at the bottom of the pages. What am I doing wrong? This is the product number [Personal Information Removed] and this is called the FPU # D4H21_64001 That is my only problem.

Hi,
You can print the page numbers from within the printing application.
Be aware that the printer does not support borderless printing and its bottom margin musr match or exceed 14.5mm, so the bottom 1.45cm of the page is not printable by the hardware:

Be sure to set higher bottom margins if the page numbers are set within the bottom 1.45cm of the paper to match the printer capabilities, if it is within this range it would cut and won't print as you describe..
