I cancelled my Instant ink subscription because although I updated my credit card details, HP said my bank had declined the payment. I contacted my bank who then unlocked my card but HP said they could not take a payment. I have replaced the instant ink cartridges with new HP cartridges but I still cannot print. My printer (HP ENVY 5030 All in one printer) shows the message ‘Printing with non-Instant Ink cartridges. There is a problem with Instant Ink. Visit www.hpinstantink.com.
I note that my cancellation is 28th June 2023, will I not be able to print until then or does HP still need me to make a payment?

Hi @Jules95,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
If you have already cancelled your instant ink program, here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
