I had just changed a cartridge on my HP Officejet pro 8710 printer when I received a message saying 'Supply System Problem.  There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different cartridge. If message re-appears again,  contact H.P. I replaced the cartridge and the message re-appeared.  My printer is refusing to work.  Please help me.

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • NOTE:HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
