I do no have the set up ink cartridges.  Error message " Use SETUP Cartridges"

Welcome to the HP support community.


Thank you for reaching out. The “Use SETUP Cartridges” message usually means the printer has not completed its initial setup, and HP OfficeJet models (like the 9015e) typically require SETUP cartridges for first-time activation.

As you do not have the setup cartridge, we need to bypass the error using the Genuine HP Ink cartridges. Please do reach us via a Private message.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
