I frequently get pop up window from HP saying I need to update Flash. Adobe doesn't support Flash.

HP PSC 1315 All-in-one printer. It prints black Word and Excel documents fine. It doesn't print color. When I try to print a page from the Internet all the color is missing. We've tried a new color cartridge. Same result. I tried the HP website. That was completely worthless.

Old printer and its no longer supported full driver software used Adobe Flash to open the software's GUI interface.

True - the printer software is no longer listed as available -- the main printer software menu cannot open without that disabled Flash interface.

For Windows 10

We see occasional questions about printers for which full driver software installation packages are no longer listed for current (or older) versions of Windows.

The software for this printer is no longer listed as available from HP.

When available for the printer and a supported version of Windows, install the Windows built-in print drivers.

When installed, the Windows print driver provides basic print function.

Examples

Windows Fax and Scan: In Windows, search for and open Windows Fax and Scan. Click New Scan, and then select your printer.

Windows Paint: In Windows, search for and open Paint. Click FileFrom scanner or camera.

Windows Scan app: In Windows, search for and open the Windows Scan app. If it is not listed, go to Windows  Scan (in English) to install it.
