The printer has new cartridge. I’ve cleaned the print head like 20 times. I have reset my printer. I have updated the soft aware to the latest option. I’ve done all solutions seen online. But I still get blank pages, even when performing the clean printer hear or clean smear. Blank pages. This printer was brand new, I just opened it. Unfortunately my factory warranty expired. I need help HP.

  • On the printer control panel, go to "Setup" > "Tools" > "Print Quality Report" or a similar option.

Update Firmware: Make sure the printer firmware is up to date. You mentioned updating the software, but firmware updates may be separate. Check the HP website for the latest firmware for your printer model.

Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause printing issues.

Printer Driver: Update or reinstall the printer driver on your computer. Visit the HP official website to download the latest driver for your operating system.

Check Ink Levels: Verify the ink levels to ensure they are not critically low. You can usually check this information through the printer software on your computer.
