Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP 3630 started printing the black ONLY in outline mode. I used to troubleshoot printing problems when I worked in telecom and the computer industry, but I am unable to resolve this issue. I ran all diagnostic test, reinstalled the print driver, and used the Print Doctor. I've unplugged the cables and plugged them back in. I've triple checked all printer settings, and it still ONLY prints the black in outline mode. HELP! I'm tired of replacing my printers every 6 months due to poor quality craftsmanship; which is EXTREMELY sad. I've used HP printers since the early 1980's. Each year they last a shorter period of time.
