@lse123, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you would like to know how to check the ink levels, kindly refer to this document - Check HP printer ink or toner levels
However, there is no printer software available for this printer on the HP Support site for macOS 11. Hence, there is no way to check it on the Mac.
If you know the IP Address of the printer, type it in the address bar of a web browser to access the EWS page of the printer to check the ink levels.
Alternatively, print a self-test report as shown in this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

You may print a wireless test report to know the IP address.
On the printer control panel, Press Setup, select Print Report, select Wireless Test, and then press OK
Did you print a self-test page as mentioned in my previous post that helps you to check the ink levels?
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Glad to know that you know how to check the ink levels now. The black ink cartridge is fine for now but would need to be replaced soon as it is below 50%.
You may change the ink cartridge when the ink level is below 10% or if the print quality deteriorates.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

After replacing a printer cartridge
Needed printer printheads alignment or any other process...? URLs?
Also, if I replace the black cartridge, may the printer 🖨 fixed both black and color prining quality...?
Note:

To resolve print quality issues, refer to - Fixing Poor Print Quality
Clean the ink cartridge as shown up to 2 times. If the black still does not print, replace it.
Yes, the printer has to complete the alignment process when a new ink cartridge is installed.
Refer to - Alignment errors
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
