Product: HP Photosmart 7510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The HP cartirdges for my printer are 364, however I have purchased a 364 and a 364XL and the 364 will not fit.

HP Recommended

You have 2 blacks one normal ( far right) and one photo black ( far left).

Those are 2 different ink cartridges, make sure you are placing right black in the right position.

 

Photo black goes left, normal black goes right.
