Just bought and installed new HP ink and when I installed the new ones it says the Yellow and Cyan are "damaged". They are new, perfect, the box in NOT damaged??!!

Tried to return to Amazon as there is obviously an issue with these NEW ink cartridges but they said to contact HP service??

To get the damaged cartridges replaced, I recommend you contact phone support for more details. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
