Just bought new ink and the little black ink sign starts flashing half way through printing. I know I got the right ink because it’s exactly the same as the last one I bought. I verified the ink online as well but it just doesn’t print. I come to the website to contact HR and the link doesn’t work so who am I supposed to contact to get help and not have to buy a whole new printer and waste money on this ink that I just bought today.
