HP DeskJet Plus 4130 All-in-One Printer

I’m using cartridges sent via instant ink yet getting the error 0 code flashing up.  I had cancelled my  subscription but re started it today to use these cartridges as I need to print something asap. They’ve took the cash out of my bank but I still can’t use them.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Since you mentioned that, you have canceled your account and then re-enrolled correct?

When did you cancel and re-enrolled again?

 

I would need a few details to look into this issue. 

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
