Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019e All-in-One Printer

I moved to Spain and brought my HP OfficeJet Pro 9019e with me, but its not working!  We cancelled our instant ink in the UK and I have bought genuine HP cartridges which it recognised but the printer is stuck on the Future Firmware Updates screen and does not move off that screen despite hard resets, etc!  

I have managed to print using HP Smart but after it prints it goes back to the Future Firmware Updates screen so I am not able to use the scanner or photocopier or anything!

I have been on chat with HP UK support all day and now they have said I have to contact HP Support in Spain which I am trying to do but not getting anywhere.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fic these issues please?
