It sounds like you have an issue with missing ink cartridges for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e. Since you have a subscription for ink, there are a few steps you can follow to resolve this.
 

  • Check Subscription Status: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account to confirm the status of your subscription and see if there were any issues with the latest delivery. Verify the delivery address and if any payments have been processed.
  • Check for Any Delivery Issues: Sometimes, delivery delays or issues with shipping carriers may cause the cartridges to arrive late. You can check the tracking information for the shipment to see if it's on its way.
