Product: HP Smart Tank 580 All-in-One Printer

Dear HP Support Team,

I recently purchased a new HP Smart Tank 580 printer from Amazon on 28th September 2025. However, when I checked the warranty status on HP’s website, it shows the warranty start date as 13th September 2024, which is incorrect.

Since I purchased the product on 28th September 2025, the warranty period should begin from this date. I believe this is a mismatch in your records.

I kindly request you to update the warranty start date to reflect the actual purchase date. Please let me know if you require a copy of my Amazon invoice or any additional documents for verification.

  • Product: HP Smart Tank 580

  • Purchase Date: 28th September 2025

  • Retailer: Amazon.in

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.
