holly hell is anyone alive at HP 20 min of a f'n run around for one dam problem ,I sent in my new ink cartridges to be recycled by accident now out of ink

Hi @royalstar1,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and I truly understand how frustrating this situation must be.

 

Unfortunately, once ink cartridges are sent in for recycling, they cannot be retrieved or replaced. HP’s recycling process is automated and doesn’t allow for recovery of items once they're received at the facility.

 

At this point, the only option would be to purchase a new set of ink cartridges. I know that’s not the news you were hoping for, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
