I JUST INSTALED A NEW 650 ORIGINAL BLACK CARTRIGE AND MY PRINTER GIVE ME THE MESSAGE :INCOMPATIBLE INK CARTRIGE...I TRIED TO PUT BACK THE OLD ONE AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME ERROR..

WHAT CAN I DO ?

MY PRINTER WAS RESET BUT I STILL GET THE SAME MESSAGE...

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are getting incompatible ink cartridge errors on your printer.

  • Did you make any changes to your printer?
  • Have you relocated to a different country?
  • Does the issue persist when you put the old ink cartridge back into your printer?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 
Clean the cartridge contacts and check if it helps. Check the ink cartridge ink compatibility with your printer using HP sure supply website. Click Here Try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps. Update the printer firmware using this link. Click Here
