macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi, my DeskJet 3700 is showing low black ink even though I received and fitted a new cartridge about 1 month ago.  HP Instant ink show cartridge showing 'error' on website.  I've followed all the instructions given to rectify but still saying error.  HP say I'm not due any replacement ink as not yet needed.  Driving my crazy! And the print quality isn't great even though I've done the usual cleaning etc.  Any advise really appreciated.  Thanks

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps 'How do fix 'Incompatible Cartridge' and other cartridge errors'  from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Hi Irwin

 

many thanks for your reply. I have previously completed all he steps given on the link you posted, still saying low ink.  HP say I’m not due any 🤷‍♀️  Any ideas please.
