Impossible to print in colour with hp ENVY 4525

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem seems to be in the impossibilty to choose for colour in any program. How can I resolve this problem.
Sorry for my bad english... and thanks in advance for your devices

Symptoms:  No color options are shown under Printing Preferences when printing to a network-connected printer from a Windows 10 PC

Solution:  Download and Install Doctor version:  ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Details: Windows10 - No Color option available when printing to a network connected printer

 

Possibly:

Method - Create TCP IP port

 

Find printer's IP /  IPv4 address

Print a Configuration Page

OR

Tap on the wireless icon on Printer Control / Display Panel


Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

 Right-Click on the printer > Left-Click Printer Properties

 Select Tab Ports  > Add Port

 Select Standard TCP/IP Port > New Port and follow the wizard.
 Use / Enter IP address for the printer.
