macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am using the original cartridge (never change it since i bought it) but it suddenly it says Incompatible Cartridge and i only use it less than a year. I've tried any kind of troubleshooting available but failed. Is there any recommendations/solutions for that? I've placed an order for a new Cartridge but it's been 3 mos and no news from HP, every time i asked 'not yet available'.

@nurinolia, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the ink cartridge due to this error.

Insert one ink cartridge and check for the error to identify the defective one.

 

Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue.
