Product: Asus Zenbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi

I purchased new toner pack for MFP M277 printer. Yellow and Cyan worked fine but Magenta shows incompatible. (black still fine) The supplier provided a replacement magenta toner but still shows same error. 

 

Tried all the solutions available online. Is it printer hardware or communication failure?
