Incompatible cartridges

So the problem i am having is of region change, i haven't changed the the region but the printer has. I bought it from an online store and the seller had imported it from somewhere in Gulf Region and i am in Asia Pacific, now this printer came with HP 123 cartridges and ones the black ran out i started looking for it but no authorized reseller keeps it as it is not for my region, all i could find were "re-manufactured"  cartridges, so i went through HP SMART to look for a replacement supply and it gave HP 63/63xl as replacements, now these were available easily so i bought the black one, at this point i was not aware that HP printers were regional locked, i became aware of it after printer gave me an "incompatible cartridge' error and i went online to troubleshoot it.
Now i have been for the last 90min trying to contact HP support but HP doesn't have a dedicated support for my country or i couldn't find it, it sends me to the virtual agent or re directs me to US page and when i correct the region it shows that "hp no longer provides service for this product", i just need an email address or something though which i can change my region? Please help me out. Thanks

@saam2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
