HP DeskJet 3635 All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello everyone,

I usually manage to fix any IT related issues at home but this time I honestly don't have a solution.

I go this HP Deskjet 3635 printer a few years ago and I used it for the first time in March. It worked 100% fine, I could easily print over wifi and the pages printed were of very good quality. However, and I am not sure why, it started printing incomplete pages with blank/empty lines on any new pages since May. These empty lines make every new page a nightmare to read and obviously lots of missing information so I cannot print anymore in that state.

I have restarted it a few times, hard stop as well, I have removed the cartridges which are 80% full still, I have done every possible cleaning via the HP Smart app and the results you can see attached. Except buying new cartridges, I am not sure what to do here but again, not sure it will make a difference since they are 80% full.

If any of you has seen this before, let me know because I am stuck with a nice printer that I cannot use.

Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help.

Unless we try another of inks, we wouldn't know if it's a cartridge or a printer issue here a you've already tried all the steps here.

Let me know if this helps.

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers and did reply to you!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
