Ink Cartridge Problem

I am receiving the following message on my HP OfficeJet 4650 "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure that it is correctly installed". I have read the comments and suggestions on another thread with this same issue, and did a hard reset. It did not fix the problem. I have instant ink. This is incredibly frustration. Please advise if this can be fixed or if I need a new cartridge?

I checked my inbox and I responded. I think it's crazy how it's impossible to get an agent on the phone to handle these issues quickly and efficiently. I do not have the time nor the patience to go through your virtual customer service labyrinth when this is clearly a very common problem that should be able to be resolved easily with the correct "support" from you.
