Product: HP Envy Photo 7882 Printer
Operating System: Other

I have a HP Envy Photo 7882 purchased in Asia which uses 804 inks cartridges. I've looked up the HP web pages to check what reference it will have in the UK and it says 303. I went to the HP purchase site, put in all the printer data and it comes up with 304 as the reference inks. Which is correct before I purchase the wrong inks 303 or 304?

Cartridge number for the UK region is 303.

I'm not sure if that post was sent.  When I click on the link you sent it takes me to software and drivers page. After clicking on install it then it takes me to HP Smart for Desktop and a link to open the Apple Store. Then it takes me to a HP Smart for Desktop and a link to 'Open' which then takes me to the same page as yesterday with a white box at the top saying Printer offline and the coloured boxes below. Do I need to uninstall anything first?
