Product: HP Envy 4520

I tried several time to subscribe the instant ink supply and I just couldn't get the claim code. I need somebody to help me to complete the subscription. I did try to contact the sky broadband to see what's happened, but sky agent told me that it's nothing to do with them. I have not alternative but to turn to HP again to see if you could be able to help.
