Hi @Prince_Jain,

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your printer is experiencing some ink leakage inside, even though it’s printing fine. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this and how to clean it up safely.

Power Off and Unplug the Printer
Before cleaning, make sure the printer is turned off and unplugged to avoid any electrical issues.

Open the Access Door
Gently open the ink cartridge access area and check for any visible ink spills or buildup.

Use a Soft, Lint-Free Cloth
Dampen the cloth slightly with distilled or bottled water and carefully wipe the leaked ink from accessible areas.
Avoid touching the cartridge nozzles or electrical contacts.

Inspect the Ink Cartridges
Remove each cartridge and check for leaks around the nozzle or body.
If a cartridge is damaged or leaking, replace it with a new one.

Clean the Cartridge Contacts (if needed)
If you see dried ink on the contacts, gently wipe them with a slightly damp lint-free cloth and let them dry before reinstalling.

Check the Ink Absorber Area (Service Station)
This is where the printhead rests when not printing. If there’s visible ink buildup, lightly dab it with a paper towel to absorb excess ink.

Reinstall Cartridges and Close the Door
Once cleaned, reinstall the cartridges securely and close the access door.

Plug In and Test Print
Power on the printer and print a test page to make sure everything is working normally and there are no new leaks.

I hope this helps.
