Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Hi All,

 

my printer does not recognize new black cartridge. I tried with two new ones, failure is always the same:

Meldung: "Problem mit dem Drucker oder Tintensystem. Drucker aus- und wieder einschalten. Besteht das Problem weiterhin, Kontakt mit HP aufnehmen."

I think there might be an issue with printer head BUT old cartridge is recognized without problem, but empty...

 

any idea you folks?
