I purchased HP 61XL 2-pack ink cartridges. On the side of the box, it clearly states that this ink cartridge fits the HP Envy 4500. These cartridges are made by HP.
However the ink cartridge is a different shape than my old cartridges and does not fit into the printer. No matter what I do, the 61XL cartridges do not fit.
How can HP sell cartridges that specifically state they fit my printer when, in fact, they do not fit my printer? Can I get my money back - these things are not cheap.

First, make sure you have the correct cartridges for your printer model. It's possible that there was a packaging error or you received the wrong product. Double-check the model numbers on both the cartridges and your printer's manual to confirm compatibility.

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out.
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
