I went to put in my new ink cartridge today and when I put it in it says there is an error. I have tried all of the troubleshooting things that I found on the website and nothing works. I NEED ink! I am a teacher and it is the end of the year!!!!

I understand that you are facing issues with the cartridge error.
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked. I recommend you contact phone support.
