Recently I've had this weird issue on my printer that has not come up before...
Recently I've purchased 2 sets of ink cartridges from HP that work with my printer (950xl, 951xl and 951). I reset my printer as they showed up as depleted upon startup. The reset fixed this issue. However, when sending any print job, from the printer itself, from my phone, or from my computer, the printer will try to print, make lots of noise and sound like it's sending paper, but no paper comes up, and after a little while the cartridges will come up depleted. This happens with both sets of cartridges, and replacing them with the opposite set will get rid of the "Depleted Cartridges" error, but again, whenever trying to print something, will come up again.
Both cartridges feel like they are full. I've also cleaned and reseated the print head on my own a few times, to no avail. During this there were also ink splotches on where the printer picks up the ink, so I know the print head can collect ink from the cartridges.
What is weird is that the issue will still occur before anything else. Sometimes I've had the paper tray and/or duplexer removed from the printer, and the printer still tries to print until the depleted cartridges error. This leads me to believe it's something to do with paper feeding, but I am not sure.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
