I am reaching out regarding an issue with my HP OfficeJet 8610 Pro printer. The printer was working perfectly fine before I replaced the ink cartridges. After replacing the cyan and black ink cartridges with brand new, genuine HP cartridges, the printer displayed an error message related to these cartridges.
I have tried the following steps without success:
- Turning the printer off and on.
- Cleaning the printhead.
- Replacing the cartridges with another set of new ones (fresh out of the box).
Despite these efforts, the error persists.
It is important to note that the printer was functioning well before the cartridge replacement.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
