Hello,
We have bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 in the US. In the meantime, we have moved to the Netherlands. On my way shopping for ink cartridges, I found out that this printer uses HP902 cartridges in the US. But in Europe HP903 cartridges are used. I have found that there are country specific settings that need to be changed to be able to use the HP903 cartridges on the US version of the printer. Can some please provide me with the necessary steps/information?
Thanks!

Hi @Sebastian20,
I'd like to help!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
