Hi,

Thank you for responding.

I understand that you have already adjusted and reseated the cartridge. However, I would like to clarify that there are two different types of cartridges installed in your printer:

HP Instant Ink cartridges (subscription-based)

Standard HP ink cartridges (regular retail purchase)

Your printer can work with either type  however, it must use only one type at a time. Mixing an Instant Ink cartridge with a standard cartridge in the same printer may cause recognition issues or ink level errors.

I would request you to either Use both standard cartridge or Both Instant ink cartridge and it should work.

I've never used subscription ink, I've always bought them. Even the cartridges that came with the printer did the same thing.  So the the 2 cartridges in the printer were bought from the same store on the same day and installed at the same time.

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

I am sorry to inform that the color cartridge which is installed clearly says its Instant Ink right below  65 or 65XL.

So you're saying the cartridges have to both say it or not?  What difference does that make?

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

As you informed that you don't have any subscription with Instant Ink you will have change the color cartridge to the standard one and check it should work.
