Purchased ink online - ink not working on one and looked at the other box and it is out of date.  Got them at the same time.

Just had a bad last week and 1/2.

my 101 father whom i live with had to go to hospital on 22nd.  He is now resting well in rehab hospital.

Thank you for your return solution.  However I am at a lost as to how to contact regional support.

Can you please assist further.  

I am in and out of the hospital these days.  Hope to bring him home soon.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
