Product: HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Have had instant ink since 2018 I have never had cartridges replaced the printer shows at least half full on both.printer is not printing properly missing colours and blurred.i think the ink is eather dry after six years use,only use printer occasionally,have tried all troubleshooting without success.do I buy new cartridges and try that.

Are you still on instant ink plan? If yes print a few 100% full black and colour pages that will empty the ink cartridges and trigger you a new ink shipment.
