Hello, I have not received any ink for my printer. When I logged into my account it looks like my printer isn't connected to insta ink to know when printer ink is running low.

Try these steps:

Check Printer Connection

  • Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the internet. If using Wi-Fi, ensure the signal is stable. If using Ethernet, check that the cable is securely connected.

Reconfigure HP Instant Ink

  • You may need to reconfigure your printer’s connection to HP Instant Ink:
    • Log in to your HP Instant Ink account at HP Instant Ink Login.
    • Go to the “My Account” section.
    • Select “Add printer” or update the printer settings.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your printer to the service.

Run Printer Diagnostic

  • Use the HP Smart app or the printer’s built-in functionality to run a network diagnostic.
    • For HP Smart app: Open the app on your mobile device or computer, select your printer, and access the Diagnostic Tool.
    • For printer’s control panel: Navigate to Settings > Network Setup > Network Status or similar options.

Firmware Update

 Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.
